This Privacy Notice explains how Loop Quantum AI Labs, Inc. ("Loop Quantum AI Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you submit a careers application or a research collaboration inquiry through loopquantum.ai (the "Site"). Please read it before submitting a form.

Who we are

Loop Quantum AI Labs, Inc. is a Delaware corporation in the United States. We are the controller responsible for the personal information you submit through the Site. For privacy questions or requests, contact us through our contact form.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to enter into our forms. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Identity and contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number, and country.
• Application details (careers form): year of birth, area of interest, position type, preferred location, a link to your resume or profile, and the free-text answers you provide.
• Collaboration details (research form): your role or title, institution or organization and its website, department or faculty, the responsible person, year of birth, an optional link to your Google Scholar or similar profile, your research domain, and your message.
• Records of your choices: confirmation that you accepted this Privacy Notice when you submitted a form.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include such information in free-text fields. We do not collect payment information through the Site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Evaluate your application or collaboration inquiry;
• Contact you and correspond about it;
• Keep a record of your submission and your acceptance of this notice; and
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your submission is handled

When you submit a form, the information is delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider that processes the message on our behalf. Your information may be stored in our business email and recruiting systems. We rely on these providers' security measures in addition to our own.

The Site is designed to function without setting non-essential tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this notice and, where required, request your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as needed to evaluate it and to maintain a reasonable record, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish or defend legal claims. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

How we protect it

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you are located, and subject to your local laws, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Delete your information, or restrict or object to how we use it;
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and

To make a request, use our contact form. We will respond within the time required by the laws that apply to you. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. If your country provides for a supervisory or data protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with it.

Loop Quantum AI Labs operates internationally. Whatever country you submit from, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where we or our service providers operate, including the United States, where we are incorporated. Children

The Site and our forms are intended for working professionals and researchers and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
